Assembly
We operate two assembly lines, each measuring 40 meters in length. These lines are equipped with 8 sets of ultrasonic welding machines and 2 sets of automatic riveting machines, enabling us to efficiently assemble retro-reflectors and warning triangles. Additionally, we possess two sets of thermal printing machines, one laser engraving machine, and one set of screen printing equipment. These advanced equipment allow us to enhance our processing capabilities by offering a wider range of options to our customers.
Vacuum letallization & lagnetron Sputtering
Equipped with two double-chamber vacuum metallization machines and one magnetron sputtering plating machine, our facility offers the capability to perform vacuum aluminum plating and metal chrome plating on a wide range of plastic parts (including ABS, PS, PP, PC, PVC, Nylon, etc.) in various vibrant colors. This process plays a pivotal role in enhancing the appearance of products and enabling diverse design possibilities. It finds extensive applications across industries such as automotive lighting systems, toys, decorative items, handicrafts, electronic products as well as cosmetics packaging. Our annual coating processing capacity exceeds 5 million pieces.
Design and manufacturing of Injection lold
We possess a total of 8 sets of high-speed CNC machines, 4 sets of SODICK WEDM-LS machines, and 8 sets of EDM machines, making it a grand total of 40 advanced mold processing equipments in our possession. Our technical team comprises six engineers with over a decade’s worth of extensive experience in the design and production of injection molds for various industries such as electronics, automotive, medical, etc. We specialize in providing professional mold design and injection mold production services including die casting molds. Annually, we manufacture and repair more than 300 sets of molds for esteemed clients such as Samsung,Hainachon Hella, Beijing Hyundai,Jilin Mingde among others.
PHOTOMETRIC TEST LAB
Our photometric test laboratory that spans 100 feet in length and strictly adheres to international standards. This advanced facility allows us to conduct reflection performance and color testing on automotive warning triangles, as well as various retro-reflectors for cars, bicycles, motorcycles, and highways. We ensure compliance with a wide range of national testing standards and customer requirements.
Injection molding
Our facility accommodates a total of 30 injection molding machines, ranging from 80 to 650 tons in capacity. With uninterrupted production capabilities year-round, we serve esteemed clients such as Hainachuan Hella, Great Wall Motor (GWM), Mind Group, General Motors (GM), Chery Motor, BYD Auto, Chengdu Xinquan Automotive parts, among others. Annually producing ten million sets of automotive reflex reflectors, automotive lamps, automotive warning triangles, electronics product shells, medical injection molding parts and various other products.
